Born in Italy in 1972. He began to play guitar in early 80s after studying music theory, harmony and classical guitar.In the early 90s he attended master classes with Bill Frisell, Carl Verheyen, Scott Henderson and italian country virtuoso Beppe Gambetta.From 1995 he works as guitarist and singer with Treves Blues Band, the most important italian blues band lead by Fabio Treves (great harp player, ‘the father of Italian blues scene’ who worked with Frank Zappa, Mike Bloomfield amongs the others), with whom he has recorded 6 cds, played top clubs and festivals, appeared on several radio and Tv programs (local and nationwide broadcasting), worked with several American and British blues players touring Italy in session with Warren Haynes, Joe Bonamassa, Roy Rogers, Linda Gail Lewis, John Popper and many others.He is currently playing with Treves Blues Band (opening for ZZ TOP, John Mayall, John Hammond, Blues Brothers Band, Nine Below Zero, Canned Heat and others), as a soloist ( collaborations with many Italian pop top artits), he sings and plays in several tv jingles (in particular with Wolkswagen brand for worldwide productions) he starts a recent collaboration with London producer Tony Clark (sound engineer with The Beatles, Sir Paul Mccartney, Stevie Wonder, Cliff Richard, Sky and many others).He has been writing for Editori Riuniti ‘The best 100 blues albums of all times’, producing and playing (live and on CD) with some of the most exciting bands and soloists in his area and he also teaching and doing blues workshops all over the country
